Sudan – northern part of the Red Sea

The route supposes to visit the best dive sites of Sudan, including the world famous Umbria reef and Shaab Rumi Reef, where an exploration station of Jacques Yves Cousteau – Conshelf II was located. While travelling from port of Sudan to the north, there is a possibility to visit historical places that were filmed by the diving master Jacques Yves Cousteau. An approximate program of the route includes the following sites: Umbria wreck, Wingate Reef, Blue Belt and Shaab Suadi wrecks, reefs Shaab Rumi, Sanganeb, Angarosh, Gumo and Qita El Bana. Depending on weather conditions it is possible to visit other northern dive sites.
