Captain Alsina / Dominican Republic

Captain Alsina sunk in 1989 at 40m/131ft depth. The vessel is located deeper than any other wreck in Boca Chica region. The dives promise to be very interesting. It is hard to find the wreck because of the corals that cover it completely. The soft corals look marvelous and there is a plateau not far from the wreck at 26m/85ft depth with hard corals. During the dives divers will see an abundance of marine dwellers, among which there are most of morays and scombers.
