Couline Bambou / Mauritius Island

Couline Bambou
Couline Bambou is an interesting dive site that will lead divers through the kaleidoscope of changing scenery. The dive starts at 18m/59ft depth, and then follows a small lowering that leads to the cliff. The cliff runs through the cavern below the stone bridge covered with underwater planting. Further on the divers’ way lies via a great cavern near the next stone bridge and, finally, the dive ends at 34m/112ft depth. The impression of the place greatly depends on the weather conditions and currents. Besides the common for this region flora and fauna, it is possible to spot whitetip sharks and tunas involved in hunting. Under good conditions, divers can observe rays and reef sharks.
