Ras Abu Galum
The territory of Ras Abu Galum is considered to be a national park of Egypt and it is well-protected. It is situated to the north of Dahab. It is a sandy cape with several Bedouin villages and a variety of dive spots. Practically there are no tourists and that is why all the reefs are preserved almost unchanged. It is a low difficulty diving spot.
What to see: a well preserved national park reef, a variety of different corals, plenty fish species.
Season for diving: All year long.
The average temperature in January is 24C/75F and in July 28C/82F
